  • Nothing short of what was expected. I've realized that my trip experiences are highly influenced by the way other flyers behave and carry themselves. Luckily I haven't run into too many entitled individuals while flying with American Airlines. I will begin transitioning to AA as Frontier continues pursuing the low-cost model. AA has better seats, nicer planes, and overall better passengers and flight crew. Plus they fly out of Terminal A so I can continue to use the bridge and bypass the train and security lines at DIA. Keep it up.
