Not good. In August i was charged $40 extra one my automatic withdrawal. I called to question this as i was not expecting this extra charge. I spoke to Patricia who stated it was because i was missing my grades for this term. Ok i was like can i turn them in now and get ny noneu returned because this caused an overdraft fee, i wasnt expecting extra money to be taken out. She said we could do an appeal but it could take up to 14 days. I was like thats fine lets do that thank you. I turned in all the paperwork tbat same day. I was in contact back and forth with Patricia through the next week. She called me and said the appeal went through and that my bill will be back to the normal amount the next month. I was like great thanks so much for helping with this. September i get an email saying if i dont pay the defaulted amount in my insurance it will lapse and i will be without coverage. I called several times to resolve this and explained i was told that this situation was resolved only to be stuck with a huge bill the next month or be left without coverage. They offered no help for their employees mistake and was basically told "sorry she told you wrong but you still owe the money". The whole thing still makes 0 sense to me as to why they would refund my money only to tell me the next month i still owe it. Will be leaving state farm after this experience.
