I've been a vegetarian for years, and never have I encountered more accurate, inventive, and delicious meat-substitutes as I have at Melt. I've tried upwards of ten different menu items and have enthusiastically enjoyed each one - to my knowledge, my omnivorous peers have been equally positive about their experiences. The portions are huge, the environment is fun, and the cuisine is unique. Literally the only negative comment I can conjure up is that the wait for a table can get really, really long, but, if anything, this attests to the quality of Melt's product and the restaurant's iconic status within the community.
