The beer was okay -- rather below-average craft beers. Atmosphere is a little funky with the white fluorescent lighting. Corn bread appetizer was tasty. The tamale pie, a weekend speciality item, could have been good, but was incredibly dry and difficult to eat. The pork belly taco was decent but dry as well. The carnitas taco was solid. We hope the place works out, because it's a cool concept in that part of town. We'll probably give it another shot in six months to a year and see if they make some improvements on the beer, food, and atmosphere (they've only been open for 5 months).
