Poor customer service/inventory. My friends and I went to go and purchase a game (smashup expansion pack) and the experience left a sour taste in my mouth.
The game we wanted was not on the shelf, so the guy went downstairs and brought one up, but then said he couldn't sell it to us because it was not in the computer. I understand how inventory works, and that you need to input your inventory; however, I also understand that in business you do what it takes to keep the customer happy.
The guy completely unwilling to help us out. He wouldn't call his manager and he wouldn't even accept cash based on what other stores were selling it for. My friends and I buy a new game once a month, but methinks I'll be finding a new boardgame place.
I would have preferred for him to tell me they didn't have it instead of waving it in my face and refusing to sell it to me.
