  • We returned the car with more fuel than we received it. We didn't have the receipt but we had our credit card receipt. The jag off Adrian-aka the manager went outside and down right lies that they had to add fuel to the car. They didn't even have the car for 10 minutes. This is the last time we rent from Thriftys (mind you it's been over 10 years of renting). Obviously no customer service and down right liars! That's ok I will get back at you in more than one way !
