  • This is the only restaurant I have been impressed with in Phoenix or Scottsdale in the past two years. The food is impeccable. Somebody really cares about all aspects. It's old school where corners aren't cut in any way. I'm culinary trained and a hard critic, just read my other reviews. I actually hesitated to say how good the food is for fear I want be able to get a table when folks find out about this gem. I have difficulty eating anything but the Chicken Picatta because it is so wonderful, but the Canneloni is equally delicious, and Chicken Parmigiana is fantastic. Linguini with White Clams is great. There is a large selection with wonderful gourmet sauces, and food combinations. I did have Tiramisu that I thought wasn't quite in league with other items I have enjoyed here, but still better than you find most places. The atmosphere is nice and the service is excellent. Don't be put off by the fact it's in a strip shopping plaza, when you walk through the door, you will be amazed, white linens etc. Sorry, I don't photograph the food I am about to eat, it takes away from the experience for me, and besides photos mean nothing if the flavor isn't there.
