  • An is great and very creative! She pays great attention to detail and takes her work very seriously. Here's my greatest hesitation with this place: As someone who has worked as a receptionist and phone client services for 11 years, I must say I'm not a fan on how long I'm on the phone for just to make an appointment. I'm asked repeatedly as to who I'd like, my name, what I'd like to get done...I shouldn't have to repeat myself in one phone conversation. Making an appointment for two was a nightmare, running in circles with the same conversation. There's also long pauses of unsure receptionists asking if they're doing it right...or how...Clients shouldn't have to hear that and from a business perspective, it isn't professional. Just a heads up
