| - I'd give zero stars if i could, this place is a scam. i'd signed up for personal training ($148 every two weeks) but i had to stop for medical reasons. i talked to the manager and he goes "everything's good, i'll put a freeze on your account until you can return," so i'm thinking everything IS GRAVY!
it wasn't because 2mnths later, my bank account was swiped of $750 for personal training fees.. that i hadn't been going to.. because i'm in physical therapy. i called my bank who said i had to deal with Eos. i called ABC financial, they're partners, who said i had to call the actual gym. i called the gym and was told that the manager there could do nothing and that he'd call the area manager and get back to my by 2pm (i made this call around 11).
2pm passes so i call and leave messages because he's conveniently busy. i finally drive over there after work and wait to talk to someone only to be passed to someone else. he says he put in the refund at 11:40 (why didn't i get a call?!) and that it'll take up to 2 days for the pending charges to be dropped back into my account. i call my bank to verify and am told it could take up to 3-4 business days (btw, i'm moving in a week so this is a bad time for bank account problems) so i check my email this morning and am told something about my Acorns account so i check my bank account to see that the charges from Eos went through!
i check my Eos account online and it said a refund was put in for $444 but another charge went through the day after i talked to them (???)
um, that all sounds fucking WRONG.
so i called my bank to dispute all the transactions and then i felt bad and said "what if the charges drop, would the dispute drop?" and i'm told that the money was taken and it's no longer pending
i no longer feel bad about getting my money back.
fuck eos fitness, i will be buying myself out of my contract.
other than that, Corey was a good trainer.
