  • Ron and his team were the best! I needed to get out of my town house quickly and they were able to accommodate me on very short notice. The day of the move, I had an extra request because one piece of furniture needed to go somewhere other than storage and even though they were busy and had another job to get to, they did it, and were so courteous about it! They wrapped everything neatly and thoroughly, packed the truck meticulously, and when we arrived at the storage unit, were mindful of where they placed items I might need access to. I had never rented a storage unit and thought it was on the first floor with a pull up garage. The unit was actually three flights up down two hallways and not climate controlled. The young men doing the move didn't even raise an eyebrow! It was sweltering hot, they never stopped moving, never complained and were appreciative of just a bottle of water! I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again when it's time to move out of storage!
