  • You're crazy if you use Pioneer Title! We have a clear and concise contract. The assignment is very clear and concise in that it states that the earnest money is non refundable after the 3 day inspection period and furthermore it goes on to state that if assignee does not close by 12pm on January 19th 2018 that the earnest money is forfeited to assignor. Neither happened! But due to the long term relationship Pioneer Title has with the buyer they have held up releasing earnest money after the contract was clearly broken. It's been over a month and they have still not yet released the fund to us. They want us (the sellers) to get together with the buyers and negotiate a solution for the funds due us. What???? I always thought a contract was a contract!! Anyway this Title company is bias and does not honor contracts. Buyers and sellers beware. Please reach out to me for additional details.
