  • waited 20 minutes for a passport pic and NO one else was in line! lady finally got up to help only after the clerk went over and asked her to help me since she wasn't doing a thing the whole time. After she reluctantly strolled over with zero sense of urgency she took the pic and didn't bother showing me that it was worst than a drivers license pic. Wow, so sorry to interrupt her day, I thought she was there to work????
