Lissa G and I stopped in for lunch. We've been meaning to go to Delmonico's for years since we are often in Las Vegas and always stay at the Palazzo.
We ate at the bar and watched some of the New Year's Eve college football game. I think the volume was on the TV but we really couldn't hear it, hopefully other times they just have some music playing.
I was kind of mixed on the food. The French Onion Soup is a must try! The broth was so deep and rich that you could taste the hours of preparation and simmering. The Tomato and Burrata dish was fine, as was the Ribeye Steak we ordered. Again, not bad, just ok when I compare them to their competitors in the hotel, like Carnavino or Bouchon where we often go for lunch.
We will have to try dinner next time but if you are going don't miss the onion soup!
