  • Been going here for years but service has deteriorated. Had a 2PM today and therapist was a no show. Arrived at end of appointment simply to say "all I can do is reschedule you." Don't think I'll ever go back after this episode. Office is completely unattended on weekends, staff is not instructed to check with clients if they leave office or are not available for an appointment.
