  • Have been going here since opening to get fills and pedis. Have never had an issue until this last trip. Decided to just get a mani pedi and give my nails a break from all the acrylics and breathe a bit, and got a manicure on Friday. By Saturday I had jagged hangnails I didn't have before, he polish was chipping badly and I actually have had to file rough sharp edges from my nails. I figured I'd go in to speak with the owner, as here it is Monday (3 days later) and my nails are atrocious. All she said was nails with regular polish will chip. She didn't apologize or offer to repaint, trim my ravaged cuticles or take any action to make it right. Won't be back.
