  • The Phoenix Airport Marriott is a very interesting hotel in the Phoenix area. Just as their name states, they are near the PHX airport. They also do have a shuttle service that will come and pick you up at the baggage claim. Please call them once you get your bags so they can send the driver out to get you. The hotel itself is stuck in a time warp. It doesn't seem like there has been much updating of the decor for a few decades. Which decade, I'm not quite sure. I don't want to offend any age groups. Once you get over that, everything else is fine. My most recent visit here was my second time staying here so it wasn't as shocking as my first visit. The beds are very comfortable and the showers have a really strong water pressure which I like. I've been to my fair share of hotels where the water trickles out. There is a concierge lounge on the 12th floor if you have access.
