  • This has to be the worst possible service department I have ever dealt with. I went in with transmission issues and I was presented with a huge list of items that I was told were all necessary to a tune of $2000. $800 of it was for the actual problem I came in with. While I agree that most needed to be done they didn't need to be done that day. Then I was told I needed to pay them in advance if the service work before before I even had all the work completed. All because they wanted to close off their books at the end of the year. Stressed me out over the holidays with their constant calls to pay in advance. Work took 2 weeks to complete in the end and no loaner car so that was another $300 for a rental. This was not my only time I came here. When I first got my car I came in for service. Tried to sell me on things that were not part of the maintenance schedule. Who does a injector cleaning on a brand new car with 30,000 km on it. Like I said these guys I have zero trust in. Next time I will take my car to another dealership if needed.
