  • I just unsubscribed. I show up early at your closest store around 73rd ave & Bell Rd in Glendale AZ... little doggie on her leash pick up Rachel Ray stuff, ask about location of balls, want to start training with retrieval, pointed to the end of the store; no luck. Ask another employee, and another pointer! No BALLS. I'm getting angry... now getting loud: "where are your balls!" No response no interest. Countdown to 0 from 10,...really loud. Nothing. Announcement "I am dropping my basket of shopping and leaving!" No response; drop the basket... leave. MY time is definitely more important than employees already at work. Its 8:50 AM and I'm gone along with Blondie. I know where to go next. Not PestSmart. After 3 weeks with this dog and $488 later "donated" to PESTSMART. You and your group can... you know what! Now that I ranted this is going to PS and Corporate... if you have the guts to hear this... or are you so big that...no easy access to anyone in corporate. What else is there to do but waste more of my time,taken away from my job(s), and post another PO'd shopper. Too many choices to ever bother there.
