  • Don't get me wrong, the nails here are phenomenal, and I've been here once before. But, I live in Irwin PA and booked an appointment Wednesday for 3 back to back. My friends and I drove 30 minutes to Murrysville for an appointment at 1:45, only to walk into the place to them laughing and saying that they tried to call, but they needed to push the appointment back to 3:30 because the person doing my nails had a "medical emergency" and they had the flu, which I did not take seriously considering they were smiling and giggling. Besides that, there were no missed calls, so they did not try to reach out. But again, no big deal, we were going to get something to eat and then go back, but we get a call from a number (that has never called before!!) to say that we needed to reschedule the appointment to another day. It was not my problem that the person got sick with the flu, and they lied and said that they tried to call! Also, what happened to that 3:30 appointment? I get back to back with the same worker working on 3 people is tiring but it gives no excuse to be unprofessional. The nails here are very high quality, but I was very dissatisfied.
