The staff has always been polite and pleasant. I was a little nervous after the mixed reviews. I waited to leave a review until I had visited at least four times to see if this place was consistent. It is! Same procedure asking for ID and insurance when you come in. I love that they have two different waiting areas. A well side and a sick side. I wish more places has this because of children not being immunized or not being able to get shots, weakened immune systems etc.
Office is always clean. Actually I've seen a couple nurses come out and clean after they knew children were sick with something more serious I assume than the common cold.
The down side of this office is the air time. If that's the only down side I think I will live. Being a mom and someone who used to work at a preschool it assures me that children are being seen thoroughly. Yes my time is valuable but my child is more valuable. Waiting 30 mins isn't going to stop me from loving the care we receive here.
Dr Miller is outstanding. From beginning to end she is funny, informational and right on target. From my daughter having red hair (sometimes having tummy issues) to spotting sickness before it occurs etc. she states the good and positives with any conditions, sickness or possibility. I hate when doctors candy coat things. Very personable.
As I'm sitting here here writing this review there's a gentlemen sitting next to me complaining that he's having to wait 45 minutes. Yet he still comes back! It's because the quality outweighs the wait time. Just my opinion I guess...
