  • I've stayed pretty much in every Ritz Carlton property in North America and as expected this location did not disappoint either. Check in was a breeze and they were nice enough to offer late check out as well. Scored a beautifully appointed corner room with beautiful water views and an up close and personal view of the CN Tower too. Tried out their DEQ Lounge and Bar and both drinks and food were delicious and reasonably priced, but then again maybe that was because the USD to CAD exchange rate being amazing :) Serving again was top notch, not intrusive but highly attentive. Can't say enough great things about their spa/pool/gym area! Had the BEST scrub and aromatherapy deep tissue massage, capping it off with their signature pedicure was exactly what my Flintstone size toes needed. Staff here is very warm and really helpful, my necklace was all tangled up from being in my robe pocket and the front desk staff here didn't waste a moment to bring it downstairs to their in house jewelers to have it remedied quickly. Hotel is so central located that it is in walking distance and a short trolley ride away from all major shopping and eating establishments. I cannot wait to get back again soon!
