  • The decor was modern/ contemporary and I liked that a lot. The barman new I was on a first date and kindly gave my partner and self a free sparkling wine. I wanted a cheap wine and that's what I got lol but the manager swapped it out for an more expensive one at my request and didn't charge for the former (nice touch). I did want the Chablis but it was the ONLY wine not in stock! Our waiter was very entertaining in a weird way, more due to his personality than anything. However, I tipped him well and appreciated his willingness to serve. The food we ordered came on small plates, 3 vegetable and 1 meat dish. Not enough for 2 people but we weren't sure what to expect and the small number of larger dishes seemed not so much the focus on the menu. The vegetables were fresh, innovative and creative in nature and the beef was very tender. The dessert was yummy too! Great place to eat great service not sure about the wine. We will go back!
