  • Now that some time has passed, I'm ready to write this. I never had any issues with my A/C, thankfully. But... the laundromat is in constant disrepair. Half of the units never work, and quite frankly, they are usually riddled with filth. The maintenance staff is horrifically undertrained, and overly egotistical about the slim knowledge they claim to possess. To top it all off, the neighbors are rude and nosey. The trashy, anthropomorphic gelatinous masses, that are corralled here, are pushy, rude, and unpleasant to live around. They will go out of their way to find reasons to complain about you to the office. It's a stressful environment I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.
