Very very very poor hotel employees and the owner as well. Its a shame that people with "attitudes" like them work in hospitality / room and board should be able to realize without the guest they wouldn't have an income and furthermore and when a guest pursues their deposit , they are really in need of the money. In hospitality dept the personnel should be able to make that decision because any kind of old smock or Joe can follow rules but that's not what makes your stay comfortable and enjoying so I would have to give this place a two thumbs down!!!!!!
