  • Was without ac for over a month. First contractor made up some bs excuse said it was struck by lighting and wasnt grounded. I had to pay for a 2nd contractor myself. They said normal failure, should be covered. Of course they wouldnt take their word, so they had to send out a 3rd contractor who confirmed what the second contractor said. Took a week after that to get approval. Then another few days to get the part. This is in the middle of june. The amount of hassle and headache i had to go through to get my ac fixed was ridiculous. HSA wants your monthly money, but they dont wanna fix the shit they are supposed to.
