  • Will not come back to this venue. Security was not only un-organized, they also were all misinformed. We brought poster tubes to the show, as we were entering the venue they took them from us, told us we can get it back at the end, and did not give us the option to take it to our car. As we went to get them back at the end of the night multiple security guards had no idea they even took poster tubes. Then when we got to meet Mark, head of security, he informed us they were all thrown away and we were told we had the option to take them to our cars, which we never did. He was also very disrespectful while we were trying to find our personal property. He treated and spoke to us in the most demeaning manor, while we were trying to be respectful back to him and saying please and thank you. Because of this interaction I will never return to this venue, and will suggest to family and friends they do the same.
