  • I fly for business, and hate when I have to fly this airline. They constantly lose my bags, and are rarely on time. I will gladly pay more just to avoid them. Southwest is almost always on time, and while the cattle call is a bit inconvenient, I will use them any time over US Air. Not to mention, the people that work for them have a bit of a chip on their shoulder.
