  • The hotel markets itself as a resort it is far from a resort. It has much more of a motel feel than hotel. Rooms are outside, The hot water is lukewarm at best, rooms are dirty?i had to wipe off desk and bathroom counter before use. Put morning room service tag on door at 8 pm but was never picked up. There is not a place in the entire facility to obtain an alcoholic beverage unless you sit down in their restaurant. 2 days in a row I was told they did not have a bartender available ????. I simply wanted to get a drink to take by the pool but was not allowed. Upon checkingin, our internet did not work to which I was told I had to call the help desk ???? In any event, i sat on the phone with the help desk for 40 minutes trying to get the issue resolved. this is unacceptable! APPEARANCE IS LOVELY ...BUT IS A FACADE! horrible service !!
