  • I have been going here for 6 plus years. I use to live next door at the district. The spa is beautiful and the staff in the downstairs area of the spa really do a nice job to welcome you. The young girls at the front desk are a disaster. They are not friendly, they act like they are to busy to deal with you. No smiles just a very cold greeting. The whole point of a spa is to make you feel welcome. Whenever I go in there it really starts the experience off on a bad note. I wen to the gym to work out and noticed the staff texting on there phones ,standing and talking instead of working. There was obviously no one in charge.
