rev:text	This review is not in regards to medical treatment, but overall patient experience dealing with reception staff. For one, be expected to wait no matter if it is the initial appointment or a follow-up. Expect any appointment to be longer than 45 minutes. Besides that, I know for a fact that I have not experienced as horrible of customer service in any type of establishment than I have here in their Mesa office. Not only will reception not give you the time of day, but I have been dealing with a bill I received for a surgery I NEVER had done and have had to follow-up on the phone over 7 times and have had to go in office in order for this bill to be looked at. After speaking with the office manager who assured me that this situation would be resolved, it has now been 9 months of me going back and for with them for a $400 bill that has still yet to be resolved. I too, have a family members going through the exact same situation and to hear the same excuses has made me come to the conclusion that us three will NOT be coming back for any service due the lack of competence and respect their staff has presented to get these problems resolved. I completely understand if they are busy, or if on my part I have made a mistake. But in the 7 phone calls and visit in-person you would think they would have gotten this resolved after at least the second time of this being presented to them. I like to think that I am a very, VERY understanding person but for this to be a continuing issue that I have dealt with, this has resulted me not returning.
