rev:text	I don't think any other salon will live up to my expectations after this! I came here because I needed my hair trimmed, and it had the most reasonably prices compared to other salons. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and checked in by the person at the register. He then directed me to the salon. They had complimentary tea and water, which is a very nice touch. I was greeted by my stylist Mai, who was an absolute pleasure! She was very friendly and outgoing. The first part of the process is a questionnaire/survey, where you discuss your concerns/hair type/skin type and what you hope to get from your experience. They use this information to choose the products they use on you. I love how personalized it is. They ask you if you want their ritual - a scalp, neck, and hand massage, as well as a facial. This is included in the $19 haircut/style price! I highly recommend it, as it's a nice way to feel pampered and there's no extra cost to you. I would say the hair cut took longer compared to other places I've been to, but I was okay with that. I understood going in that these are students still learning, and I felt more comfortable that they are taking time to do a great job. Not only that, but it's a truly enjoyable experience. My stylist was 100% focused on me, continuously explaining what she was doing and asking me how I was feeling. There is also an educator that checks in before and after to make sure you are satisfied with your experience. I wish I had taken some before pics - my ends were badly dried and damaged. That is no longer the case though! I've already made my next appointment. Can't wait!
