  • Based on other Yelpers, I chose Blue Chip to replace my cracked windshield in my Honda Fit. Unfortunately for both of us, the first replacement had distortions in the glass. Kelly ordered another brand replacement with no hassle at all. Again, unfortunately, that one was even worse (neither were obvious until installed). He worked with my insurance company to get OEM glass as the only other options were "cheapy" no-name brands. The whole time Kelly (and Freddy the installer) was very gracious. I felt terrible they probably lost money on me because of bad QC from the mfg completely out of their control. Kelly even called a couple days later to make sure I was happy with the OEM glass. Stellar service and I've already referred a coworker who had a great experience. Hopefully their continued good reviews on Yelp will make up for 2 "warranty work" visits. Service like this is RARE these days.
