This a Sears.com item that I picked up at the store. I place an order for a pair of curtain panels. Items arrived incorrect. Wrong curtain panels and wrong size. Tried calling Sears to ask for them to send me the correct panels. First you have to press buttons for about 10 minutes and figure out on your own that If you press 0 then a human will talk to you. Not that it was much help. The person on the phone can barely speak or understand what you are saying. I had to repeat myself several times, all I wanted was to get the correct panels. No luck, I just hung up and will have to take them to the store for return. I try to buy from Sears since they are in such dire place, but this is no,excuse for customer service.
