| - Stayed here for two nights and had a decent stay, but there were a few things that I didn't care for.
I want to say upfront, the front desk person, Sonya, was outstanding, providing excellent service to us. Unfortunately the hotel itself is very disappointing. For $200 a night, I would expect certain amenities but it did not meet my expectations at all. No premium movie channels, a very dated room with an old sofa bed, a noisy bathroom fan, a very small pool with high chlorine smell, a very small workout room that closed at 11:00pm each night, no complimentary breakfast, and no complimentary coffee, even when it sits right beside the front desk.
It seems the owners of this place really like to cut corners and it shows big time.
The traffic noise from highway 401 was far too loud. If you have to stay here, make sure you get a room on the other side of the building.
On the plus side, the TV in the room was large and the HVAC unit kept the room at the proper temperature.
