  • Temporary housing as my home was being built. Was great in the beginning but once the end of my lease was approaching the Maintenance supervisor didn't think it was important to fix heater/air conditioner. I still had two weeks left in my lease but had moved out quicker as I wasn't going to stay in apt that was 62degrees at it warmest. Their solution was to provide a space heater to keep a two bedroom two bath 1100 sq ft space warm. Facility is loud and unsupervised kids run thru property. Inconsiderate people making noise at all hours mid week. We were given a number to call and report but nothing was ever done. Maintenance crew, (Not the supervisor), were apologetic for the inconveniences we experienced while living there. Apartment living not for me.
