Scottsdale Rd., Scottsdale, AZ 85262 phone 480-419-7755 When I first called The Quintessential Bride in mid Dec. 2009 to set up an appointment for my daughter, who lives in Tucson, I was assured on the phone by Janet, that whatever my daughter was looking for in a bridal gown, they could accommodate her. My daughter and I had already been to ALL the other bridal stores in Scottsdale, and were disappointed in the selection and quality of the gowns we had seen, thus far. One step into the Quintessential Bride and we knew we were in the right place. EVERYTHING about our experience there was perfect. What a beautiful store with exquisite formal wear and the best staff we had encountered anywhere. Their customer service cannot be topped. Janet, whom I had spoken with by phone, warmly greeted us and introduced us to Lailoma, who would be taking care of any alterations. My daughter had many gowns to pick from, all top quality. Janet told us that she would call the moment the gown arrived, which was expected March 1st. Indeed, Janet called March 1st, and Lailoma altered the gown to perfection. My daughter looked elegant and felt like a princess at her wedding in April. The shop's owner, Dedee was also marvelous to work with. This is the ONLY formal wear shop I would ever consider.
