  • My experience with the Providence Office has been awful. I tried to reach Dr Hull or her nurse Jessica 5 times this morning and kept being told that they would relay the message. My first call was at 9AM and I called every hour until 1PM. Each time they showed no concern that my request was urgent and that I was in some pain. Finally, on my call at 1PM, I was told that everyone was gone to lunch but that a prescription was called in thirty minutes ago. After all of my attempts for help, no one thought to let me know that a Rx had been called in? I began to cry and told them how awful the experience was and Tammy at the front desk just said that there was nothing she could do becasue she is not clinical. 'O apology. Nothing. I will be finding a new OBGYN. They do NOT care about their patients well being.
