I have been using Paul for the past 6 years without any problems however this last time was different. He came out to fix my washer which wasn't draining properly. After spending 20 minutes from start to finish, he said it was just the switch. I questioned him as I noticed the agitator was making a lot of noise on the spin cycle. He looked it over and said it was fine. He charged me $135. for replacing the switch. That following weekend as i washed clothes, I noticed that they were still very wet after the spin cycle. I called him and he said he can come back out on Tuesday. He took a look at the machine and said I need to buy a new washer. I questioned him because the last several times he worked on it, he assured me that my old washer was better than the new ones. However he told me he would refund me and he actually took the new switch out of my washer(that he previously installed a few days earlier) He wrote out on my receipt that he would be sending me a refund of $135. After he left, he TEXT me saying he will only refund me $80 because it wasn't fair to him. I had just referred him to another co-worker earlier that week with a dryer issue. Of course I let all my co-workers, including her, know about my experience. I won't be calling Paul again. Nor will I ever refer anyone else to him.
