Management staff and billing is HORRIBLE!!!!!!! They billed me incorrectly since my first visit and have told me every time they would get it fixed since my insurance pays 100% for routine wellness check ups. Yet whenever we go back for our next appointment they say we have a balance to pay and every time I have to re-explain that they made an error in how they billed me. They take my insurance card make copies and pretend like they are looking into it and just have us see the doctor as normal then after the appointment when we go to schedule our next appointment we remind them about the error in biling, they say they will get it corrected so we book our next appointment. And the cycle begins again when we go for a next visit. I called in to speak with a manager regarding billing, the staff transfers me to the manager's voice mail, I leave a msg with my name, baby's name, and my ph # and never got a call back. The next visit I tell them I really have to talk to someone about billing, they get me a manager I explain the situation,, she says she will take care of it personally and call me. 2 months later (6months including my voicemail) I still have not received a call. Frustrated I go to the office and try to go over billing error. Maria at the front desk says she does not deal with billing but she will let her manager know to call me. I ask her for I can schedule an appointment to see her she says her manager is very busy and is always in and out of meetings. She promised me she will make sure her manager calls me. Still waiting for the call. We will no longer be taking my daughter there ever again. Doctors and nurses are fine but office staff is horrible. They have been giving me nothing but the round-arounds! Save yourself the hassle, frustration and inconvenience and look elsewhere!!!!
