I worked for the owner, Le for about four years. At the time, she owned the skin spa located right next door where I was the lead esthetician. During that time, I was a regular patron of DV and not once did I experience anything worth complaining about. The staff was always super friendly not to mention quick. Sanitation was actually better than the "high end" cutesy nail salon I worked for, so I know what the real deal is. I now own my own shop and have Le and her knowledge to thank.
To the reviewer who claimed this place is "hot, smelly and gross" you're just upset you didn't get what you wanted and then took to this site to bash the business. It was all good until you didn't get what you wanted. Wahhh!! Good ol YELP! It's ok girl, you might just need a hug.
To the reviewer who said one of the techs spoke in her "Vietnamese" language.. Really? You're gonna take it there in 2017. Ok. If memory serves correctly, speaking in one's native tongue in their place of business is technically a business practice. Per Yelp's terms and conditions, reviewers are advised against critiquing a business practice, so why don't you just say what you truly want to say? People like you sicken me.
