  • Since the moment u walk into they send u the link to rate and review them..and constantly being asked if i did..well since u r asking for one there u go, but after(its how usually works).... called aug 18th due to a severe toothache and asked if they accept care source just 4me and they said 'Yes!!!'. Walked into the clinic and got the xray and prescribed medication. They set my appointment for the root cannal the next monday aug 22nd since they were short saffed. Needles to talk about the pain i had to deal but i made it somehow through the weekend. Show up on monday and while waiting in the room i got informed that i was not covered at all?!?!? Now put ur self at my place with all that pain and waiting for 4 days... i told the lady(the wife of dr. Hylan who is in charge with billing and insurance) that i was told before i came in that i was covered and now im not...then she tells me ..."sir im doing my best here", and also suggested me to contact my insurance to see whats going on. Back and forth for 30 mins and she also tells me about how bad/cheap is my insurance...well lady we work hard and cant afford better health insurances to cover ur crazy expensive prices. Anyways somehow she figure out that i was covered with a co-pay of 220 $ (like it was typed on fine print on my insured on my card,maybe all they had to do was to move the thumb and read), i paid like i had another choice. Anyways paid, did the root canal and showed up the next week for the filling. Once done (august 29) i asked about a deep cleaning and also to fix another chipped tooth but they told me they have to find out with my insurance the cost and coverage and they were going to call me the next day ...but nuthing...i contacted them and they said they will call me back...till yesterday they didnt figure out my coverage situation. I must say Melissa (assistant) and Dr Hylan did a great job, so this is about administration and their burocracy. So im just answering their request to review their business. So im going with another dental office who r way to easy when it comes to burocracy...
