  • There is definitely a reason that Phoenix-area restaurants who want to use local sausage come to these guys. My sister lives nearby and raves about this place, so we stopped in to pick up some stuff for the Cards game Thursday night. I tried a linguiça and a hot Italian sausage, and once her boyfriend boiled them in beer and then finished them on the grill they were the best sausages I have ever eaten! The guy that filled our order was very nice, and their prices are reasonable too - 6 huge assorted links and two bags of rolls (I recommend the pretzel rolls) came out to less than $20 and tasted like a million bucks!
