  • Bait and switch? I reserved a unit online and when I arrived to move my things in I was told there is a $25 administrative fee as well as a MANDATORY $13 per month insurance fee. When I expressed my displeasure with these hidden charges the clerk said its all on the email they send out after you make a reservation. I checked the reservation email that I received and none of theses charges were disclosed. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere.
