  • Whenever my car has a need (low pressure tire light turns on, brake light goes out, time for an oil change, windshield wiper blades need replacement, etc.), I turn to the team at Pep Boys on 7th Street and Camelback. They are the best! Not only do they speedily fix whatever the issue is, they take the time to thoroughly explain what they are doing and why - never making me feel stupid for not knowing something about my car. As a female I often feel like mechanics give me the run around (e.g., need for blinker fluid - yes, I know enough to know this isn't a thing) or create laundry lists of not necessary services. I've been to this location several times over the past year and have never once felt this way. In fact I feel like they treat me as family while I'm there, asking about my job and hobbies while I wait! I just can't say enough nice things about the team at this location!
