  • Look no further, this is your new pest control company. I called to get pricing info and Brad, the owner, took the time to talk about what we needed and what they do and why. I had similar quoting discussions with the other companies I talked to and all were within about $1 of each other's pricing. But Urban doesn't require a contract and were pretty confident we'd just keep having them come back every two months for routine service. They have come out twice now and I am amazed by this company. Their techs (Jeremy and Jose) are awesome - super friendly and knowledgeable professionals. The office texts a reminder the day before service. The techs text with an estimated time of arrival. When one tech was going to be late he communicated with me a couple of times via text to keep me posted on his status and time of arrival. They ask questions and listen and explain what they plan to do. And...they've helped with pest control around our desert dwelling - we haven't seen any scorpions alive.
