| - We've been going to Sweet Salvage for about two years, and we've always found incredible pieces that we can't find anywhere else: some are vintage, others (like Ken's!) are fantastically constructed from upcycled quirky items like lockers, fences, and drafting tables. We've gotten so many various things, from planters, succulents, wall units, dining tables, desks, countless chairs, and the random antique. Some pieces are spendy while others are a steal--no surprise, given the eclectic nature of the place. All of the items have gotten so many compliments, too, probably because the quality far exceeds typically boring and flimsy IKEA crap. The customer service has been excellent, as well: CJ is awesome to work with, and has been super helpful with everything from hauling the huge, heavy pieces to delivering it perfectly on time. Though winter markets can be a little frenetic, the dead of summer's have yielded us some calmer shopping sessions and great deals. I wish we had more houses because it'd give us an excuse to keep coming back!
