The bowling alley was ok, too cramped...employees were nice, snackbar was good and staff was nice. The bar on the other hand ruined the whole experience, one of the most incompetent bartenders I've ever come across. He completely messed up our order and after giving him my card and specifically telling him to not take the birthday girls money and ordering her drink he rang our order then asked her want she wanted and gave her a seperate bill for it. (Just to clarify non of us had been drinking or being rowdy). He should work on listening to the guest, last time we go to Southpoint bowling alley. Our whole group normally enjoys a few rounds and other casinos offer great bartenders with an easily accessible lounge.
