One star is not for their moving service it's for their customer service, and because I couldn't give zero star! I called them in first week of November to schedule my move for January 10 2015, and after we went thru detail on the phone I got an confirmation email for my move date, but couple days later I got another email from them saying 'confirmation email' in title of course I ignored the second email, but saved it for records thinking it's the same they just send out another one!
On January 6 I got a call from them asking if I'm ready for my move tomorrow January 7 Wednesday, I was shocked so went back read the second email to see that they randomly changed my move date from Saturday Jan 10 to Wednesday Jan 7! And the best part is they didn't even accept that they made mistake they said they won't change the appointment unless they get call, so apparently I called them and changed my moving date to middle of week for a day that I don't even have the key to my new place! And the owner was upset because I got frustrated and got mad at them, I guess I should be pleased with what they did and thank them too, anyways I asked him if I get any discounts because of the mistake they made, and I was willing to change the time to later in Saturday Jan 10 to accommodate they mistake but the guy said NO it's the same full price!
After that I found another company, they did a great job! And when I read all their reviews I guess I was lucky that I didn't let them to move my stuff!
