  • This place is a gem! Tucked away from the hustle and bustle , and touristy Toronto, this is an oasis of incredible ambiance and out of this world food. I was blown away by its atmosphere , the amazing and attentive staff, and the clear creativity of their dishes. The cocktails are impressive as well. Nothing overly "hipster" but definitely well-crafted and they pack a punch! I had the deep fried okra which was something I never expected to enjoy but I was pleasantly surprised.What a revelation! I then had the lentil chilli which was amazing. Spicy but not to the point of being painful - just an amazing dance of flavours! The seating and artwork are great - warm and welcoming . Felt comfortable and hard to leave. I recommend this place whole heartedly to anyone and everyone! Thanks you for a great experience!
