High end Southern cuisine. The interior has a feeling of modern barn chic. The wait staff all wore thick aprons, attentive and knowledgeable about their food. I was with two other coworkers, so we were able to sample a variety of dishes. Many are large enough to share, but its almost tapas in style so each person could order 2. The duck wings were double fried, served in a thick, rich, and a (little too) sweet sauce, tossed with sesame seeds. Definitely had an Asian flavor. The cauliflower was charred and nutty, the yellow/green olive oil adding a great vegetative flavor. Mussels were served in a delicious broth, I used the crusty bread and a spoon to sop up every bite. The succotash was buttery with sweet corn and beans. Cocktails have some amazing combinations of interesting liquors that I even had to ask what they were.
